Deluxe Dermatology has proudly provided premium dermatology services to our patients in the St. Louis metropolitan area for over 30 years. Our practice was founded by Jacquelyn B. Garrett, M.D. after completing her dermatology residency at Washington University and is now led by her son, Duane Dilworth, M.D., who completed his dermatology residency at Saint Louis University.

Our team of board-certified dermatologists and highly experienced physician assistants are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to all of our patient’s medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatologic needs. Deluxe Dermatology has two offices which are conveniently located to provide high quality dermatologic care to our St. Louis and Illinois patients.

Our Brentwood office, located across from the Saint Louis Galleria mall in Richmond Heights, is our primary office for surgical and cosmetic dermatology. We specialize in surgical removal of skin cancer,  injectable treatment with botulinum toxin and hyaluranic acid, platelet-rich plamsa therapy, laser hair removal,  sclerotherapy,  and many other cosmetic procedures.

Christian Hospital NE

Our office is located in Medical Office Building #2 on the campus of Christian Hospital Northeast on Dunn Road. This office is conveniently located to serve both Missouri and Illinois patients with excellent care in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
